I think that false positive is already being tracked in bug 83456. Let me add the test case to it. I'm testing the attached patch (it's an aggregate of the one posted here and the one posted for bug 83698 which is still waiting to be approved). Until I've verified the patch please add new test cases here and I'll triage them.
