I have attached the recent post that suggests this inconsistency: https://github.com/xianyi/OpenBLAS/issues/1292#issuecomment-354366612 I have not marked it as resolved because, I guess you would like to decide what you want to do. I.e. 6.3 still works, but 7. does not, so should it be back-ported or not. Thanks! And sorry for the blurp.
