Given the current definition of -pedantic-errors, it is sometimes very subtle whether something should be an error or not with -pedantic-errors. There are definitely some warnings that should not be there. I'll defer to Joseph or any other C FE maintainers to make the final call. Suggestions for a more precise text are welcome, specially if they come in the form of a patch that also updates the testsuite to match the new text.
