List-directed print of an integer is missing a leading plus-sign when output
file is open with SIGN="PLUS".


$ xxx
 LIST DIRECTED   +12.3456001             789

$ cat xxx.f90
     a=12.3456
     i=789
     open(unit=6,sign='plus')
     write(*,*) 'LIST DIRECTED ',a,i
