the program which reproduce the bug
with gcc >=7.0 (7.1.0 ,7.2.0 ) this program gives incorrect results with '-O2
-fipa-cp -fipa-cp-clone -flto'.
I have reproduced this bug in Linux-64bit , MinGW-64bit ,Cygwin-64bit .
I tried my best to minimize the program to reproduce the bug.
