The use of _GLIBCXX_USE_C99_FP_MACROS_DYNAMIC on the command line is historical
for some of our products ; I am still trying to obtain details of its origin to
see whether it can be removed.
Are you suggesting that this setting should not be enabled by users, and is
intended only for GCC internal use ?
