Hi Randy,
It is development stage 1, which means we are all pretty busy, so
that's why no one had looked at your bug yet.
I cannot get the "smaller reproducer" to fail (with trunk); but your
minimal testcase in comment 1 fails alright (needs no compiler options
at all):
