I get an ICE with aarch64-linux-gnu on:
FAIL: gcc.dg/sms-1.c (internal compiler error)
I suspect this is a similar issue as doloop pattern for aarch64 is only enabled
if SMS is enabled. That is the problem is from the doloop pass.
