The param in question was added 2013-09-24 by davidxl [CCed] in r202875.
(r229155 added a trailing period to the description)
Reading the context of r202875, I think that "enhancement" should be replaced
with "enhance" in the description i.e. this should read:
"Max number of loop peels to enhance alignment of data references in a loop."
or perhaps:
"Max number of loop peels when enhancing alignment of data references in a
loop."
or somesuch.
