DOC, arc_selected_cpu->arch_info->name);
As a translator, I have no idea what the placeholder DOC might contain.
Therefore it should be documented above the function call:
/* TRANSLATORS: the first %s looks like "mfpu=fpus"
or "single precission FPX", the second %s looks like "???" */
While here: the first %s should probably be %qs, since it can consist of
multiple words.
