--- Comment #9 from PeteVine <tulipawn at gmail dot com> --- I've rerun the same `configure` command against gcc-7-20160522 source, only with `---disable-bootstrap`, and all went fine. The latter issue is definitely gone, not sure about the original one. If disabling bootstrap couldn't have mattered, it must have been fixed behind the scenes too.
