The warning looks good to me, while you "use" img1 in a macro, that macro is
never used, just try g++ -E on your testcase.
Did you mean not to use \ at the end of line preceeding
_IMGPP_APPLY_GRAY_ALL(_IMGPP_CASE) by any chance?
