This is fixed in GCC 6 but still broken in GCC 5.  GCC 4.5 complained:

t.c:2: error: redefinition of typedef ‘yyx_handle’
t.c:1: error: previous declaration of ‘yyx_handle’ was here

since GCC 4.6 we accept the code and do not emit the typedef in debug info.

Thus not a regression, fixed.
