Law <law at redhat dot com> --- So I realized that given the nature of this bug a simple bootstrap on sparc wasn't going to be particularly interesting -- bootstraps don't tickle this code (if they did, it'd fault in a manner similar to Rainer's test). So my time trying to put together a usable sparc/sparc64 qemu testing environment was largely wasted. I'm going to go forward with the obvious patch. Rainer, if you could do a bootstrap with -freorder-blocks-and-partition after I commit the obvious fix, it'd be appreciated as an additional sanity check.
