I don't think so: in my x86_64-apple-darwin15.4.0 builds, the test fails
like this:
FAIL: gcc.target/i386/chkp-hidden-def.c (test for excess errors)
UNRESOLVED: gcc.target/i386/chkp-hidden-def.c scan-assembler-not test.chkp
which strongly suggests the missing alias support fixed by
https://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2016-02/msg01570.html
