MPX tests in i386 are compile-time tests.  The MPX link test may fail

1. If you run

make  check-gcc RUNTESTFLAGS="--target_board='unix{-mx32,-m32,}'
i386.exp=pr65167.c"

2. If the MPX library isn't enabled.

There is no MPX run-time test in i386.  They are only in mpx.
