Sorry but the libsanitizer/sanitizer_common/sanitizer_stacktrace.h hunk is
missing
from your committed patch.
So SANITIZER_CAN_FAST_UNWIND is still 0 and the new code in
sanitizer_stacktrace.c isn't used at all.
