I have been maintaining a list of bugs that should be easy to fix for new
contributors in the wiki: https://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/EasyHacks but it takes too
much time to maintain the list by hand.
It would be great if we had a new keyword "easyhack", such that PRs can be
marked with it and a list of bugs automatically generated.
Bonus points for some kind of moinmoin script/extension that automatically
fetches the list and populates a table in the wiki: See
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/Easy_Hacks/lists/by_Topic
