The remaining issue with configure-time options reaching the jit is when gcc is configured with: --with-arch=native I attempted to fix that, but it appeared to be non-trivial, so I think I'll open that as a separate (non-arm) bug (sorry, have been on vacation in the meantime, and need to page it all back in to my brain...)
