When GCC is configured with linker without the bug fix for
https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17827
it may define HAVE_LD_PIE_COPYRELOC to 1 and generate GCC
which will fail to generate working executable as show in
the bug report above. The fix is to incorporate the updated
testcase in
https://sourceware.org/ml/binutils-cvs/2015-01/msg00117.html
into the linker feature check.
