Linux/x86-64 linker supports PIE with copy reloc.

pc-relative address for undefined, non-weak, non-function
symbol reference in 64-bit PIE if linker supports PIE with
copy reloc.
* doc/sourcebuild.texi: Document pie_copyreloc target.
