There are many missing checks for rs6000_gen_cell_microcode now. :(. I had
audit this code at one point and fixed all the issues but this was when I
submitted the patch for rs6000_gen_cell_microcode and nobody kept this working.
I don't enough about cell any more to do the work and really I don't have time
to do it either.
