The added testcase (gcc/testsuite/gcc.dg/torture/pr62031.c) FAILs at execution
on all the arm* targets I validate.
They PASS on aarch64 targets though.
The logs only show:
PASS: gcc.dg/torture/pr62031.c -O0 (test for excess errors)
FAIL: gcc.dg/torture/pr62031.c -O0 execution test
etc....
