However I have found that for a given revision the tests compile or not depending on the "state" of my computer (I'll attach a "session" showing this behavior). The only revisions that compiles the code without error is 4.5.4 on darwin10 and 4.5.0 (r157963) on darwin13. I am marking the PR as a regression although the bug is probably latent in 4.5. As pointed by Jerry DeLisle in comment 9, the tests fail on x86_64-*-linux. >From the reduced test, I am inclined to blame INTERFACE for ENTRY.
