These constants have already been defined on the GCC 4.9 branch, in revisions
210188 and 210191, both committed May 7, 2014. They will be in the 4.9.2
release. They are also defined on mainline and will be in the 4.10 release.
Files like zerrors_linux_amd64.go and ztypes_linux_amd64.go do not exist for
gccgo. Those files only exist for the gc compiler. The gccgo compiler uses a
different approach to determine system constants.
