Bug ID: 60665 Summary: gcc/ipa-devirt.c:1510:7: warning: variable 'can_refer' is used uninitialized whenever '?:' condition is false Product: gcc Version: 4.9.0 Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P3 Component: c Assignee: unassigned at gcc dot gnu.org Reporter: dcb314 at hotmail dot com I just tried to compile gcc trunk with clang and the above warning message appears. It looks as if it would be prudent to initialise local variable can_refer, declared around line 1423 of gcc/ipa-devirt.c, to some sensible default value.
