I'm pretty sure that nobody here is artificially restricting communications.
Most of us simply don't know enough about mingw and trust our target
maintainers (Kai, Christopher, and Dave). I think that in general this is a
sensible way to manage a large project like GCC. I'm adding Christopher and
Dave too in CC, anyway.
