In gcc 4.7, both static and shared libstdc++ build:
i686-w64-mingw32/lib/libstdc++.a
x86_64-w64-mingw32/lib/libstdc++.a
i686-w64-mingw32/lib/libstdc++-6.dll
x86_64-w64-mingw32/lib/libstdc++-6.dll
But in gcc 4.8, no shared libstdc++ build anymore, only got static build:
lib/libstdc++.a
