I have done several tests and it seems -fno-combine-stack-adjustments doesn't

cause any ICEs as it used to. However, 4.7.3 still crashes, even though the fix

for PR53602 has been backported to 4.7.1. Both testcases behave the same.

4.7 r191640 - crash

4.6 r191640 - crash
