The source for cptrf2.f90 has been attached to pr53340. I can provide a version of rnflow without the proc cptrf2 or an archive with the rnflow.f90 source split to one file per proc. If you ask for a reduced test, it is much more difficult: (1) the code is not mine and I don't know it well, (2) optimizations may change for tiny details of the source layout.
