Oh my, Manuel, yesterday I was walking by myself and it occurred to me that I
didn't understand at all why we are not doing *already* what you are suggesting
now!! Of course the idea came from Jason's comment about using a script. I said
to myself: if we can do it so easily with a script, why can't we do it as part
of GCC itself?!? (I'm not touching at all the issues with existing bugs in the
column information, ranges, etc)
