Both issues are fixed with the attached hack, which is present in debian's set of patches. With this hack current trunk passess bootstrap with --enable-targets=all --enable-languages=all,obj-c++,go and regtest with RUNTESTFLAGS="--target_board 'unix{,-m64}'" just fine on i686.
