On the one hand there seem to be no changes in libstdc++ since the revision
where you had a good bootstrap, but I've looked through the libstdc++ Makefiles
and still can't figure out how the libgcc changes could have an effect on
libstdc++.

Are there any differences in the libstdc++-symbols.explist file between the
successful and the failing build?
