Regarding this PR (PR 47649) and also regarding PR 47648:
Is libquadmath actually build? In either case: Can you show how the configure
output of libquadmath looks like?
I assume you did not configure with --disable-libquadmath nor with
--disable-libquadmath-support - or did you?
