I got that ICE when running the testsuite with -fms-extensions in RUNTESTFLAGS (actually, this isn't the only ICE caused by -fms-extensions, but the patch you posted may fix all the problems). I hope to find out whether it's valid or not in MSVC soon (as in, today)
