testcase

Hello,

with the attached testcase, I currently get (-Wall -O1):

a.cc: In member function 'void CGAL::Envelope_divide_and_conquer_2<Traits_,

Older g++ didn't have the two mem_ref lines. The closest bug I could find is
PR22238.
