In TYPE_ATTRIBUTES we have

 <identifier_node 0x7ffff7ef97e8 format
    type <lang_type 0x7ffff5d47150 global type VOID
        align 1 symtab 0 alias set -1 canonical type 0x7ffff5d47150>
    bindings <0x7ffff5d42910> local bindings <(nil)>>

an identifier with a type - we clean that in free-lang-data but probably
fail to walk TYPE_ATTRIBUTES.
