Fixed by the MEM_REF work done by Richard Guenther.

We get now:
  D.2070_2 = MEM[(int[<unknown>] *)&i][0];
Which gets converted correctly for SRA to:
  i$0_4 = 0;
...
  D.2070_2 = i$0_4;
