I think the patch you committed to 4.5 causes a regression for normal loops, which are now handled as overlapping. I think I fixed that in http://gcc.gnu.org/viewcvs?view=revision&revision=162829 on trunk. Could you maybe backport that patch, or, if I got that wrong, look at fixing the regression some other way? Test case is dependency_29.f90 on trunk. (I don't have access to my e-mail or to SVN right now, so I can't do this myself).
