A few things.
We need the preprocessed source as requested by http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html.
Next I notice you are using a GCC provided by freebsd, you should report this
bug to them really.
Not to mention 4.2.x is no longer supported, you might want to try a newer
version first to see if it has already been fixed.
