WIP patch that implements that. Still missing documentation, testcases and likely also doing similar test in constrain_operands, for asm_noperands > 0 there only (just not sure how to find out cheaply from constrain_operands that we are in inline asm). -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=44492
