Actually, the issue seems already known, LWG 1326, Bullet 4 of the proposed resolution (the name of the issue isn't particularly telling, I would say). It's still [New] But I guess we had better implementing it together with removing the non-templatized pair(pair&&). I'll make sure that at least this bit of the proposed resolution is carried forward (what else ;)
