This adds an LTO directory to objc.dg and a single test (trivial_0.m) which is the code at comment #5 (with the object renamed to 'myRootObject' so that it doesn't clash with the root 'Object' provided in libobjc.) -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=44140
