Actually this is only half-true. With fortran-dev one already gets an ICE on
the first file, which is different from the one reported in comment #0:
gfortran-dev -c m_rotation_matrix.f03
f951: internal compiler error: in gfc_build_null_descriptor, at
fortran/trans-array.c:373
So obviously this is a fortran-dev regression.
