The main GCC manual should mention the existence of the other manuals whenever
other parts of the compiler are mentioned.

In addition, the other manuals should be mentioned in the introduction:

http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/index.html#Top

The current "See Introduction" directs to the internals manual, which is not
what one really expects.
