[Bug other/43523] New: TLS documentation in internals manual incomplete

I'm filing this with component `other' since there seems to be no own docs
component.

While working on TLS support on Solaris 2/x86 with Sun as, I noticed that with
the exception of emultls almost no aspect of our TLS implementation is
documented
in the internals manual.  E.g. TLS_MODEL_*, DECL_TLS_MODEL,
ASM_OUTPUT_TLS_COMMON
are all missing.  This should be fixed by someone who understands this area in
detail.
