gccbug hasn't worked in months if not years. Bug reports submitted using it
are silently dropped, which is the worse that can happen: submitters being
ignored
and possibly even losing their submission are far less likely to report bugs in
the future. Since it seems highly unlikely that a volunteer shows up to make
this
work again, we should instead remove gccbug wholesale and have mail to
gcc-gn...@gcc.gnu.org bounce with an appropriate error message so anyone trying
to submit bugs using old versions of gccbug with keep a copy of his submission
and be alerted to the demise of gccbug.
