[Bug driver/43371] New: Add -fresolution to the list of switches that take arguments

As this option must have an argument, I think it should be mentioned in
DEFAULT_WORD_SWITCH_TAKES_ARG. Why it works now, because the next argument
after it is a temporary response file, 1st line of which is fresolution's
argument. However, this looks ugly...
