Confirmed.
The first invocation of get_computation_aff fails with ustep == (long) j, cstep
== (unsigned long) j: constant_multiple_of (ustep, cstep, &rat) returns false
(j is int, STRIP_NOPS ({u,c}step) preserves conversions).
