Without -fwrapv I get
> ./cc1 -quiet -O2 -Wall t3.i
t3.i: In function 'foo':
t3.i:8:5: warning: assuming signed overflow does not occur when assuming that
(X + c) < X is always false
and with -fwrapv and the fix for PR43000:
> ./cc1 -quiet -O2 -Wall t3.i -fwrapv
> ./cc1 -quiet -O3 -Wall t3.i -fwrapv
thus, dup. I'll add it as a testcase.
